Do they fit as expected?
Yes, they do run true to size, at least for me.
They haven’t stretched noticeably, so if you’re in the middle, I’d go up a size
Are they comfortable?
They required minimal break-in time..
Do they hold up well?
Because they already have scuffs, I didn’t worry about wearing them outside. I’ve worn them all over the city, and I’m impressed with the durability. Nothing has torn, and the structure feels strong. Thanks to the vintage look, I don’t really notice if there’s new wear and tear.
Do they feel better than other shoes?
They’re the highest quality sneakers I have. I love my Vejas and Tretorns, but Golden Goose wins in both comfort and quality. They have a hidden arch lift that adds support and height — making your legs look longer. Not to mention, they’re not mass-produced, so each pair is custom-feeling. And the shine on mine? Stunning.
Are they worth it?
Yes! But I’d recommend waiting for a sale. They cost a lot, so getting them discounted is worth it. I’d pay several hundred for the quality, especially if you get a pair you love. I went bold with sparkle, but a low-key version would also go with everything.
